Sat Nam Sisters and Brothers,

It has recently come to my attention that my shoulders seem to

automatically hunch forward. In an exercise class yesterday, the

instructor was able to push my shoulders down towards the floor at

least two to three inches while I was lying down.

Is there a specific chakra or set that I can work on to remedy

the situation? Will mindfulness alone rectify it?

I would appreciate any input or suggestions you may have.

Gratefully,

Abinashi

Abinashi:

This is your heart center and/or your 6th body (arc line)

The shoulders coming forward either protect the heart or show weakness

of the part of the arc line from nipple to nipple.

Blessings, Awtar

Hi Abinashi

in a simple muscular sense, stretch the chest and front deltoids and strengthen the opposing line across your back, traps, rear deltoids and downwards, this should help to pull things into line.

have fun
