Dear Abinashi,

Yes there are some physical posturing you can try and yes a sense of

awareness and witnessing consciousness will help! Do you work "hunched over",at a

computer perhaps, most of the day? This will have an affect on the posture. A

rolled blanket or yoga block between your shoulder blades as you lie on your

back will give you the same effect as an instructor "pushing" you shoulders to

the ground. Let your mind and breath assist with the movement of your

shoulders to the earth. Try this pose daily for several minutes.

Try some other heart openers, such as spinal flex, kriya for the heart

center, etc. to begin clearing out the heart center and arc line. Sometimes we

fold our shoulder blades forward in an attempt to protect our heart center, if

you are experiencing grief of any sort, for example.

Blessings in Health!

Guru Ravi

Dear sister Abinashi,

one that I thought of is to

have the arms straight down by your sides

now...reach behind your back

clasp your hands behind your back...

keeping your hands clasp together

now lift your hands away from your back & "gently"

pull them up.

Hold.

you can do this standing up

also in rock pose

variation...

you can also do this in rock pose and bring your

forehead to the ground, lifting the arms.

all LOVE surround you...Sat nam Jiwan Shakti
