Eat them raw

They are a great source of calcium.

Good for teeth and bones.

A good source of protein.

If we take them with some jaggary they are good to prevent constipation

dear sukhirs

most easy way of using sesame seeds are :-

sesame seeds may be boiled / cooked along with rice and frequently used while preparing khichadi

sesame seeds may be added to wheat dough for making chapati / roti (indian flat bread) or sprinkled over them.

sesame seeds may be roasted and powdered along with spices and groundnut powder to make dry chutney.

sesame seeds are mixed with jaggery to make laddoos which are most commomly distributed during Sankranti.

sesame seeds are used while making sweets and kheer of mung dal.
