tulasya sakala devam vasanti satatam yata, atas tam arcayel loke sarvan deva

samarpayan. all the devas reside with tulasi devi all the time, therefore

one should worship Her, thereby worshipping all the devas simultaneously.

 

tulasya raksitam sarvam jagat etac caraacaram ya vinirhanti paapani drsta

vai paapabir naaraih. tulasi devi protects all both moving and non moving

living entities who simply by being seen, destroys their sins.

 

but good health is the tatastha lakshana, (side benefit) the real blessing

is that she gives Prema bhakti, and gives to her servants Liberation as

well.
