WOMEN AND PURITY-UNDERSTAING MAA'S QUOTE- to Henny

Men and women have both aspects of male and female, as in a charka,

male and female energies are present. And, as Maa says, the entire

universe is within us all. But, within each individual being, certain

energies and tendicies predominate.

That said, Swami and other masters say the same thing: the female is

more refined and has the shakti.

These 2 values make women more delicate, refined, and attuned than

men. The ability to give birth to another being demonstrates this

value most profoundly for me.

As Swami said, men still have to perform sadhana to purify themselves,

women cannot just wave a wand and elevate a man by automatically.

However, as the old saying goes, "behind every man is a good woman" is

a truth that I experience daily. My wife is the power behind me.

Swami once said to me: "treat your wife well, or you will be without

shakti, and then where will you be? You will have nothing."

So, the advice I give to any married man is to treat their wives with

respect and dignity, and perform worship to them as they are the

Goddess incarnate on this Earth. And, by worshiping them, you help

them and yourself.

Does this help?
