Guest guest
How do you time the Kriya's? 3 minutes doing this, 5 minutes doing that ... Do you have your eyes open and watch a clock? Do you open your eyes every so often and check? What kind of timer do you use? Thanks, Ric
Guest guest
You can purchase a timer from a cooking supply or electronics store. Timers better suited to kriya/meditation practice can be purchased from yoga and Buddhist-centered retail shops. Look for a timer that has a vibrating option and/or low-decibel bell. The Kriyas themselves usually have the times noted. If you're talking about meditations, start with 3 minutes, and work your way up to 31 until you get to 2.5 hours. But this all depends on the time you have as well as the meditation itself. -- Breathe Deeply, Melissa > How do you time the Kriya's? > 3 minutes doing this, 5 minutes doing that ... > Do you have your eyes open and watch a clock? > Do you open your eyes every so often and check? > What kind of timer do you use? > > Thanks, > Ric > >
