Guest guest Posted January 17, 2007 Report Share Posted January 17, 2007 FOR THE LAST TWO MONTHS NOW, I HAVE BEEN WORKING WITH THE FREE ONLINE TRAINING MANUALAL ,ALTHOUGH AT THIS TIME I CANNOT GET A TEACHER OR HELP DVDS ETC, BUT WILL BE ABLE TO NEXT MONTH.EVERY DAY FOR AROUND TWO HOURS I HAVE BEEN DOING SPECFICALLY 10 MINUTES OF TOTAL SILENCE, I REPEAT FIVE TIMES ONG, NA MO GURU DEV, SILENCE FOR 30 SECONDS, THAN ONG, NA, MO GURU DEV NA MO, FIVE TIMES SINGING, AND REST FOR 30 SECONDS, AFTER THIS I DO THE INTERNAL CHANT SATNAM FOR 11 MIN,REST FOR 30 SECONDS, AND DO 11 MINUTES OF ONG NA MO GURU DEV NA MO IN MY MIND, AFTER THIS I HAVE BEEN DOING 11 MINUTES OF THE SPECIAL HEALING MEDITATION, AND 30 SECOND LISTENING TIME, FOR 3 MIN I DO MEDITATION TO SWITCH CHANNELS AND FOR EMOTHIONA BALANCE, ( I ALWAYS DRINGK WATER BEFORE AND DURING THIS EXERCISE. I REST FOR 30 SECONDS, AFTER THIS I FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE nABHI KRIYA NAVEL POWER EXERCISE, AND REST 10 MINUTES AFTERWARDS,I HAVE ALSO BEEN DOING MEDITATION FOR PROSPERITY AND SUCCESSFOR 11 MIN AND REST FOR 30 SECONDS, I TOUCH THE SUN FINGER FOR 11 MINUTES AND REST FOR 30 SECONDS AFTERWARDS, THAN I CONCLUDE WITH SINGING MAY THE LONG TIME SUN SHINE UPON YOU ALL LIGHT SURROUND YOU AND THE PURE LIGHT WITHIN YOU GUIDE YOUR WAY ON. saaaaaaaaaaaaT nAM THREE TIMES AND REST IN COMPLETE SILENCE FOR TWO MINUTES. Those warning are for exercises like standing on your head where you can do physical damage. Depending upon the physical condition of your body, you do need to pay attention to the effects of the exercises. If it is in deep pain, stop, but this does not seem to be the case. During the rest periods pay attention to the silent, still space inside your head and to the sensations in your body. This helps consolidate the effects, grounds you and makes you more conscious. I REPEAT FIVE TIMES ONG, NA MO GURU DEV, SILENCE FOR 30 SECONDS, * 30 seconds is fine, but don't be too controlled by the exact time. THAN ONG, NA, MO GURU DEV NA MO, FIVE TIMES SINGING, AND REST FOR 30 SECONDS, * It is not necessary to repeat this again 5 times, but you can if you like. It is interesting that you are doing so much of this mantra, given your concern about not having a teacher. The purpose of this mantra is to tune into the chain of teachers of Kundalini yoga who guide your practice. The first one is Yogi Bhajan. When you chant this mantra Yogi Bhajan is present to guide you. You may not be aware of it, but "the teacher" you are looking for outside yourself becomes available inside. I think the main thing you need to do is be very attentive without expectations and feel that you are being guided. AFTER THIS I HAVE BEEN DOING 11 MINUTES OF THE SPECIAL HEALING MEDITATION, AND 30 SECOND LISTENING TIME, FOR 3 MIN * This is good. Be sure to relax and feel the energy of the mantra afterwards. I DO MEDITATION TO SWITCH CHANNELS AND FOR EMOTHIONA BALANCE, ( I ALWAYS DRINGK WATER BEFORE AND DURING THIS EXERCISE. * Don't drink it during. REST FOR 30 SECONDS, * Take more time to listen to and enjoy your inner space after this one.
