They must have been issued for Valentine's Day. I can picture the suits in Hershey's corporate boardroom scratching their heads as they look at the monthly sales figures as they can't seem to explain why there is the spike in Kiss sales in the greater Detroit area every November.. and each summer from Seattle on the first week of June to Toronto in late July. It's only fair. she's been improving the sale of their products for more than 20 years.
