Guest guest
Adiyen had written earlier that we will make a temple of Lord Parthasarathy at Kurukshetra . we have made some progress in this matter. We formed a local society called Gita prachar Samiti and resolved to buy land and donate it to a parampara acharya. Adiyen and members of the comittee met HH Srimushnam Andavan and offered this . HH blessed us and suggested that if we donate 5 acres of land there can be a vedic school, a college and a temple. we are going to apply to Kurukshetra development board and apply for the reserved land with the blessings of HH. the cost of the reserved land is 10lacs per acre. we are going to raise it through our contacts and then present the area to HH. HH has suggested that the temple be like a Rath and Lord ParthaSarathy sitting in Gnana Mudra and Arjuna at his feet suggestions are welcome. Guest guest
It's great news to have a Srivaishnava temple at Kurushetra. Who will be the point of contact? ________________________________ > > narakannan (AT) (DOT) co.in > Tue, 23 Jan 2007 03:29:37 +0000 > Kurukshetra Srivaishnava temple > > Adiyen had written earlier that we will make a temple of Lord > Parthasarathy at Kurukshetra . > we have made some progress in this matter. > We formed a local society called Gita prachar Samiti and resolved to > buy land and donate it to a parampara acharya. > Adiyen and members of the comittee met HH Srimushnam Andavan and > offered this . Guest guest
It is a great idea and I request you to consider having a library also exclusively on Srimad Bhagavad Gita. All types and languages of Gita and Gita-related books, CDs, Videos, talks, etc., can be preserved there. It should become a world-wide reference library exclusively on Gita. Love and Love alone...
