We may have difficulty in understanding these and defining on the basis of out little experience, still there is something to tell us that answers and destination come through sadhna only] Guru is the only source of strength. To completely depend on Guru-- is Karma. Yearning in the heart for Guru is sadhna. Charm and Fascination for Guru is Natural Yoga, which tastes as elixir to detached householders and Paramhans with Sanyasi bhav alike. In this world overwhelmed with turbulence who remain solemn and resolute without letting mind and sight vacillate from the goal; those whose heart is free from panic and fear; those whose heart and mind is engrossed in meditation studying of natural easy path; they are called the detached Paramhans. Those who go on the eternal journey on the path of Yoga; those who are engrossed deeply in this universe and still remaining detached from it while uniting with the power of Guru, go across the vital force of life by Atamyoga, looking at everything as ambrosia and accept it in that way, are called Yogis.
