There are rudrakshs such as Kantha Malas of 4 mukhs, 5 mukhs, using Gauri Shankar bead or 14 mukh bead (more powerful) in accelerating the process. Would also like to advise that you find a competent guru whose own kundalini is aroused, who is then able to properly guide you.
