correction, Narashimhaye--that was someone else's testimonial.

however, I myself periodically go through weight gains and loses.

from a physical standpoint, my experience has been that if one

controls sugars and carbs and wheat products, and focuses more on

light proteins and vegetables, and exercises daily even if walking

which is great, an dmaintains dosha balance, one will lose weight,

no question about it. it takes some discipline, granted, but what

doesn't?
