My observation for several years is the same. The vasant-pancami every year is

the sunny and warm day. It's the first day after the winter when I usually walk

for Vrindavan parikrama barefoot.. Also regarding the season system in India it

is little different from that of the West. In India there are 6 seasons instead

of 4.
