Guest guest
Namaste Carie: several folks chanting the mantra for the sankalpa have mentioned similiar experiences with the mantra. In my case, if I have the slightest thought of the mantra while in activity, it just begins by itself and keeps going until I stop to focus on my task at hand. Yes, it is a very soothing. Thanks for sharing. This is a symptom of correct practice. Jai Maa Jai Swami Vishweshwar , "Carie M" <m.cirene wrote: > > I think.
