Swamiji's Teaching: Pay Attention all the time

Beloved Family,

 

One time i was to cook a certain dish to offer to God and devotees and try as i might it was

not coming out consistently good - sometimes it was great, sometimes ok and sometimes

not!

 

I confessed to Swamiji that when i was a young girl, i had heard so many ladies discuss

and share recipes for this dish but i never listened - if only i had! "Why is God doing this,

Swamiji?" i asked helplessly!

 

Swamiji smiled gently and said "God does this to teach us to pay attention all the time."

 

So i learnt, nothing is unimportant and we can learn every moment and Divine Mother is

always giving us a chance to learn and a chance to share and give to Her creation!

i have learned that chanting mantras while cooking makes almost

anything taste good. if i forget to chant then folks don't eat the

food! Mother must be teaching us something here
