Guest guest
Hi, I feel very bad when I wake up after sleeping in the afternoon too. I guess that's because when you sleep for, let's say, one or two hours, your brain produces the substances of the "deep sleep". This way, when you wake up, you are still in the "deep sleep" process (what doesn't happen when you sleep longer at night, giving your body the time to complete the sleeping process). The solution is to sleep no longer then 20min (some will say up to 30min is fine!) when you take a nap in the afternoon. This way you get to rest before your body stars producing these substances... I really feel much better when I sleep only for 20min in the afternoon, see if it works for you too :-) namaste, Amanda. --- DJ <mypassion_myluv > wrote: > hello ppl, > m new member of this group.... > i do yoga in the morning but i have this kind of > problem.... > sometimes i sleep in the afternoon. but when i wake > up i feel very weak till the end of the day.... even > i cant run at tht time..... > i no this is the bullshit problem but cant help > it.... > can u tell me wot kind of prblm is this? n wots the > solutation for tht...... > > thank u > DJ > > > > Have a burning question?
