Guest guest
Hello All, I would like to ask which posture is anatomically correct one in Savasana - feet rotated externaly or feet in line with the knees? I mean, I observed that most of the people lying long feel comfortable in the position with feet pointing outward, however my instructor told me that this a sign of unwanted rotation of the pelvis causing the feet to turn outward. If it is so, then this ortho - problem is quite common - almost 9 people in 10 (roughly). In peace and health, Selver Get your own web address.
