Dear Vinayaka,

Yes, it is available. Commentary of Sankara is available chapter-wise. Commentary of Ramanuja is available in its entirety. Thibaut is of the view that only Ramanuja has done justice to the original, that of Sankara being an interpolation. If you go in for the google search engine, ask for vedanta sutras by the author. It is available for sale in personal bookshop, the two volumes relating to that of Sankara costing each around Rs 250, which I have purchased. I don't know about the price of Ramanuja. Thibaut's language is very archaic and extremely tough. But he is the pioneer. His work is very laudable.
