Guest guest
Namaste Sarah, in the northern hemisphere, the fruit appears in June and ripens between August and October. In a single tree Rudraksha beads come in different faces at the same time but higher mukhs are very rare to find so most of the beads are 5 mukhs. They come in seasonal cycles every year around mid August to mid October from the tree. The Himalayan Beads are larger, heavier, denser in electromagnetic properties due to the environment they grow in. If you scroll back to posts between late December 2006 and early to mid January this year, there's a 'Rudraksha Pujan and Dharan' process that was posted here. In addition to this, why not do the puja and also obtain Ammachi's blessings? You'll get double the blessings. Of course one would not ones which are too old, and it is easy to tell which are those. > > Also, once cleaned, are there not particular pujas to do on the beads, before use? > If one is planning to have them blessed by a Master (in this case Ammachi), are the pujas necessary? > > Om Shanti, > Sarah >
