Guest guest
Sat nam, I went the other day to something called Yogic healing massage where you pair up and give each other a massage for about an hour. The teacher said this was sometimes was called Partners in healing. The massage involved tapping/hammering with side of hands and fists on navel area, upper chest, sole of feet, back and more. Can anyone tell me some more about this practice, and where where can more be learnt about it, are there trainings, books? Thanks Jan-Erik Stockholm, Sweden
Guest guest
Sat Nam, I have done a few classes at summer solstices that were hands on healing based with a lot of massage and pounding techniques...one was the 10 body tune up by Santokh Singh and I'm not sure whether he has a book out or not, but he gave us a hand out to follow....the other workshop was by Waheguru Singh and his book is called The Miracle of Healing Hands and it is full of treatments that YB taught him and other healthcare practitioner.
