The first day of February is a very special day, because....it is

"Every now and then when you get the opportunity, go to a quiet place,

and meditate on God.

If you can't sit in solitude now and then, it will be very difficult

to lead your mind into meditation. When a tree is small, you put a

fence around it. If you don't put a fence around it and protect it,

the goats and cows will come and eat it. In the same way, you should

withdraw and meditate in solitude or go to the forest. Always

contemplate spiritual ideals. God is truth. God is eternal. Everything

else is transient and temporary. Discriminating in this way, one can

renounce transient things from the mind.'
