Guest guest
Dear Family, Shree Maa and Swamiji are shining examples who inspire through their words and actions. One of the most obvious ways in which they inspire is their commitment to sadhana. We read in the books, "be regular in your sadhana". Maa and Swamiji demonstrate this everyday as they have been doing for a long, long time. It is their intrinsic nature to come to the temple and sing and pray to God every morning. Regardless of their state of health. What is wonderful is that you can actually watch their sadhana every morning via webcam! Guest guest
Namaste Srini As someone who takes full advantage of the webcam, I can heartily recommend it to others that do not live close by. I watch the Gita class almost every weeknight (and totally love my chat room sangha), and when I am home on Sunday afternoon, I chant the Chandi along with the group. I also try to catch Swamiji's and Maa's morning sadhana whenever possible. It is heartwarming and inspiring, to say the least. But it also is a wonderful way to stay connected. It makes those 5000 miles seem like 5. Well, maybe not-- it is 8 degrees outside today, so I know I am not in California!! love, wendy , "srini_sadhu" <srini_sadhu wrote: > > Dear Family, > > Shree Maa and Swamiji are shining examples who inspire through their > words and actions. > > One of the most obvious ways in which they inspire is their commitment > to sadhana. Guest guest
Namaste Srini, Even after being up all night for the Shivratri celebration - when most of the rest of us are just looking for the nearest place to lie down and go to sleep - Maa will simply start her morning puja, as if it's just any other day. Maa and Swami both are this way. They don't even appear to be effected by being up all night! As you say, Maa and Swamiji are shining examples. Jai Maa, Jai Swamiji srini_sadhu <srini_sadhu > wrote: Dear Family, Shree Maa and Swamiji are shining examples who inspire through their words and actions.
