Guest guest
Dear Sri Sadagopan, I am sorry to find that this group which really sets great standards in terms of topics of discussion and philantrophy is seen to be promoting illegal activities like piracy and infrigment on copy rights. My distress is due to the activities of one who calls himself ' Marans dog' or Balaji Sunderarajan and is involved in propogating piracy on the Internet through the website Saranagathi.com. We have been noticing that he has sent out mails asking people to use the website to download proprietary releases of many Music companies and also the philotrophical excercises of companies like ours and also that of Sri Krishna Premi. In the last couple of days Four companies namely HMV (Saregama), Ramji , Vani & Chakkrika have decided to launch legal proceedings against this gentelmen and more specifically we are in touch with our attorneys in Toronto who would be serving notices to the concerned people shortly. I would request to all the people who are reading this mail to kindly understand that the release of great works like the one which are being distributed for free would cause great harm to the people who are realising these master pieces. Chakkrika which is owned by my father, contributes significantly to philantrophy from its small earning. Similarly, late Sri M.S Sublakshmi did and still her successors do not take a single pie from the earnings on her releases and all of her royalties till this date goes to Philantrophic causes. Such acts by inidividuals shows the decreasing standards of morallity that is engulfing the world. Rajesh Mandyam Get your own web address. Guest guest
SrI: Dear Sriman Rajesh Mandayam : Thanks very much for bringing this most important matter to my attention . At the outset , I would like to state that the Intellectual property and Commercial rights have to be respected at all costs . I had assumed that the gentleman from Toronto had obtained the clearances .Obviouly not ! My apologies for not having looked deeper into this matter earlier . Please be assured that I will be vigilant in terms of accepting any unapproved inputs for file additions from the Members in future however enthusiastic they might be in propagating our sampradhAyam . Lines have to be drawn and respected . I will remove any files that may be residual . I have the highest regards for what your Father and yourself are doing against heavy odds to record these treasures thru great authorities in an authentic manner . I wish you continued success with your Family's kaimkaryams . Guest guest
harE krShNa! AzhwArgaL thiruvadigaLE sharaNam! jay shrIlA praBhupAdha! Dear Devotee Sri Rajesh Mandayam, Knowingly or unknowingly, "Maran's Dog" has now made (and making) SO MANY persons to hear the holy names of Lord hari. And for sure, the one who elevates more and more by hearing Lord hari's name, definitely one day they will understand that they have to pay and buy for your excellent kainkaryams through audios. Lord shrImannArAyaNa gives intelligence in due course of time. So I request it will be not fair to take any legal actions on the one who is trying to just spread the hari sankIrthans. I understand your pain on organising and releasing the audios, but still "Maran's Dog" has done the great kainkaryam by making everyone to hear Lord hari's names. So please think on spiritual grounds rather than thinking in terms of legal or illegal grounds. Also try to communicate directly with "Maran's Dog" before taking any further step and please explain your problems and ask him to stop. But for sure, I assure, Lord will give you what you deserve. Because you are also an indirect cause for those all who heard those hari sankIrthanams through internet. harE krShNa! - Balaji - The Servant of Devotees!
