[These are words of a high order Yogi of Siddhashram. We may have difficulty in understanding this and defining on the basis of our little experience, still there is something to tell us that answers and destination come through sadhna only]

Proper cleaning and washing means to regular perform Kriya and Yog practise. We have to use friction by scrubbing regularly for cleaning, means Mantra Japa count should be increased gradually. Get up early in the morning at 3 or 4 am in the morning and sit in proper posture as per the procedure and make an effort to perform kriya for 2-3 hours and at the time of two sandhyas (twilight time period in the morning and the evening) perform kriya for 1½ to 2 hours.( Starting from 3 or 4 am in the morning till the end of morning sandhya time period for 2-3 hours and evening sandhya starting about half an hour before sunset till 1½ hours after the sunset time i.e. 2 hours). Apart from this always do Mantra Japa in the mind. Do not waste time unnecessarily. Keep your limbs etc. at work and your mind should be doing Mantra Japa. Mantra Japa should continue with your breathing process of inhaling and exhaling. It is called “Ajapa-Jap”.

[We would like to remind sadhaks that Gurudev Have made things much simpler for us considering our lifestyle and lack of physical & mental fitness to put this much of hard work in doing sadhna, still we can understand the importance of hard work from this. Keeping ourselves aware of our limitation we can continue with the minimum daily Guru Sadhna suggested to us by Gurudev. “Dainik Sadhna Vidhi” is very valuable book for proper procedure of daily Guru Sadhna (Guru Mantra, Chetna Mantra & Gayatri Mantra) as well as doing short Guru Poojan before doing any sadhna. No matter which sadhna we do we have to do Guru Poojan along with one or two rounds of Guru Mantra Japa before starting that specific Mantra/Tantra/Yanta sadhna everyday. Through daily Guru Poojan we are able to properly do Aachman, Nyaas, Dikbandhan, Guru Dhyaan, Guru Aawaahan, Basic Panchopchar(based on five ingredients) Poojan which has multiple benefits starting from protection while doing Tantra Sadhna to

increased results in any Tantra sadhna (If that Tantra sadhna has its own Dhyaan, Nyaas etc. they can be done separately after this without leaving aasan(sitting mat for sadhna) to get continuity in activity) we do after that.

As per our capacity and demands of life we can make an effort to devote more time for sadhna/manatra Japa and other activities advised by Gurudev to us.

We do not mean to say here that those who put much more hard work are doing something wrong. Special times mentioned above have their own significance and we do not mean to deny that.]

[in this context Karma (Kriya) means doing sadhna/Mantra Japa etc. as directed by Guru only]
