I am 44 and had been agnostic all my life up until the autumn of 2006 when I began to experience some very unusual occurrences -- physically and spiritually. I now KNOW I am not alone. There really is a Creator -- I have been provided with the physical evidence that all my life I said I would need to see to be able to accept the presence of a Creator. It took me about 3 or 4 months to figure out that I had experienced a spontaneous Kundalini Awakening. I had no prior knowledge that such an occurrence was possible. Now that I understand it is a birth-right for anyone to be able to attain this I am amazed that it is not more publicly known. So now I have a lot of learning to do to develop its full potential. More importantly I now know I'm not losing my mind! The universe really was communicating with me in some very real visual forms.
