Guest guest Posted February 4, 2007 Report Share Posted February 4, 2007 Sat Nam, I´ve been doing Sodarshan Chakra Kriya for one year 11mins.1) Is this helping me to develop a strong navel center by pumping the navel or do I need to start with Nabhi kriya or stretch pose?2) I´m going through alot of up´s and down ´s with this meditation. Strengthen all the lower chakras and build up the abdominal muscles as well as the leg muscles. Do the yoga first.
