Meditations/Kriyas to Clear Past Lovers

Sat Nam Ji,

 

I can't seem to locate a meditation or kriya for clearing past lovers from

the aura. I recall Kirtan Kriya, but I'd like to know if there's anything

else one can do. I want to create a 40-day program that includes fasting,

journaling, and a meditation. This is woman-centered, but I'd like to have

input on what men can do as well.

The Grace of God meditation is it.

One strange effect is that the ex-lovers will start calling to re-connect,

even if you haven¹t been in touch for decades. Usually the calls start

coming long before the 40 days are up. It¹s probably best in that case to

appreciate the power and realization that we are truly connected. These

ex-lovers call because they can no longer tap into your emotional energy.

Imagine what you have been giving out all the years. It might feel strange,

like a loss initially to not have them in your field. It can be a real test

to see what relationships one is still hanging on to.
