How to calculate Atmakarka and POSITION OF MARS?

I have been thinking about Mars - Is there any place where Mars is actually good?

In Lagna may cause aggressive personality, 2nd house not good, financial difficulties, anger, 3rd house fights with brothers, 4th house discord at home, conflicts with mother, 5th house miscarriage or danger to children,difficulties in child birth, 6th house many enemies, 7th house quarrels with partner, 8th house violent death,anger, irritation, sickness, 9th house pride, arrogance, discord with father, 10th house successful in career but selfish and cold-hearted towards others, 11th house litigation problems, conflicts with sons or daughters-in-law, 12th house debts, eye disease, no spiritual values.....

What would be an ideal position for Mars? Or do all negative effects become mitigated if Mars is exalted or in own house?

Excuse me for interjecting, Mars ( Mangal) is not good in second bhava. Dr B.V. Raman and others have mentioned in their books. I know a few cases where mangal ( mars) in second bhava has created problem.

Sura grahas (Surya, Moon, Jupiter and Mars) dwell well in second bhava. Surya in second can give attachment to wealth and resources if other factors doesnt contradict like pravrajayoga's or daridra's.
