Gemstones have to be worn carefully and after giving due consideration to position, aspect, nakshatra linkages, and other concepts. Moreover, "good-bad" is related to one's goals in life. One cannot have generic "good-bad". However, there is something generic Dharma-Adharma, which is based on Universal values of life. Furthermore, I would rather stay away from associations who collectively try to enforce "Rules" of wearing gemstones. I find them dictatorial and belief ridden. It is best to be open and to strive for the Truth, rather than become members of associations and forcing your illogical beliefs on people..
