What we do for Mahashivaratri!- to Jessy and Arianna

Shivaratri is the biggest celebration of the year for Lord Shiva.

Shiva is the Consciousness of Infinite Goodness. We perform many

pujas to Lord Shiva from 5PM Thursday eve., the 15th, , thru 4AM

Friday morning. We fast the entire day, Thursday, and break the fast

Friday morning with a huge feast.

We sing songs to Shiva, dance, and chant His mantra at the Divine

Homa, fire pit, in the Temple.

Many people come to visit the Mandir and celebrate and pray with us.

We seek to thank Shiva, and invoke Him to present Himself in our

hearts, to give us His darshan and remove our suffering and fill us

with Divine Love.

It is a wonderful celebration-very powerful and sublime. Visitors are

welcome. So, let us know about yourself, and if you wish to come, I

will take your request to Maa and Swami.
