Hello to every body, Is there any specific time for listening mantras?While working I listen mantras .IS this wrong?Gayatri mantras can be chanted in the evenning? please help me.

The most important factor is that the mantra should be taken from a

Guru after taking Guru Diksha as per the procedure suggested by

Gurudev. Guru Mantra and many others mantras also, as suggested by

Guru, can be chanted all the time even while doing work. Therefore the

most important factor would is the word of Guru and what He has

suggested to you. Apart from this minimum daily sadhna should be done

as per the prescribed procedure. This daily sadhna is separate from

the continuous "Ajapa-Jap" we keep on doing without counting, while

doing work.

For the knowledge of others sadhaks we would like to tell a few more

points in addition to what you have asked.

The biggest advantage of Guru mantra is that you can start the

anushthaan (doing Mantra Japa of specific count to get some specific

results in a specific time period, for example doing 1.25 Lacs of

Mantra Japa in 5, days or eleven days or 21 days for solving some

problem in life) of Guru mantra at anytime of year without waiting for

any special time. Guru mantra is free from any such shortcomings or

bondages. Therefore a sadhak is usually advised to do three

anushthaans of Guru Mantra in a year. It is not very difficult as for

doing 1.25 lacs of mantra japa in 21 days, everyday a sadhak needs to

do 60 rounds of Guru mantra Japa. He can do it in two sittings in day

also as per his convenience and easily complete this anushthaan with

comparatively very limited hard work everyday. Therefore in

approximately one month's time 1.25 Lacs of Guru Mantra can be

completed. There is also not any condition of doing it at day or night

as is the case with many other sadhnas. This preferably should be done

thrice a year. We are free to start these anushthaans on Good Muhurats

(Auspicious times) also, there is no one stopping us if we work to

take extra benefit.

This we have told considering that sadhaks/readers have taken Guru

Diksha from Gurudham Jodhpur (www.siddhashram.org). Others will have

to ask their respective Gurus for the mantra, procedure etc.
