brajeshwara das
This is my 108th post, I thought it deserved it's own thread, and maybe just discuss all the times you see 108 throughout the day. I just saw today that the new MacBooks are 1.08 inches thick. Now I want one. The sales VP at my company's extension is 108 and I always think of Krsna every time I call his line. I probably wouldn't otherwise. Anyway, excuse my nonsense, it's just a bit of fun.

Beggar
1 + 0 + 8 = 9. 9 is very auspicious and mystical. 3 times 3 = 9. 3 modes of material nature, 3 levels of devotional adhikaras. Etc. But material reality is duality. If we focus on the dualist poles we are stuck in duality but the transcendent Vedic conception instead focuses on the transitional synthesis. Thesis, antithesis and synthesis: The Hegelian triad that Sridhar Maharaja was so very fond.
brajeshwara das
Any number times 9 equals a result whos digits when added equal a result divisible by 9. 2x9=18. 1+8=9. 16108x9=144072. 1+4+4+0+7+2=18 1+8=9 I always found this really intriquing. brajeshwara das
A couple of things today: One project I manage is on Build 1.08 Another project I manage I'm entering results in a database that has test cases numbered 1-200. All pass except 108, so 108 is staying at the top of my window. Anyway...
