Guest guest
I have used "q" tips with rubbing alcohol to desolve their bodies, in 1978 in ST louis during SB class in the temple room I fought mealybugs branch by branch until they were defeated in 30 days on a huge tulasi that way. other means is neem spray, as heavy concentrated as possible. other ways (you gotta ask your local botanical garden) is predators, some bug that eats mealy bugs. I've no idea which one might. it's a possability though. TridaNDi BhikSu, Bhakti Visrambha MAdhava
Guest guest
Pyola from Gardens Alive! (in the USA) works really well for mealybugs. It's made from Canola Oil and chrysanthemum flowers extract. The Pyola works on many other insects as well. It's great! Make sure that there is good ventilation of fresh air where the Tulasis are. I have noticed that in the summer, when Tulasi stays outside, the mealybugs completely disappear.
