Shiva is the Lord who causes transformation. He make changes happen.

Before we can construct a new edifice we must excavate and clear the

land. Shiva is the Lord of Excavation. He makes changes happen by

clearing the old and making way for the new.

Would that mean personal/mental energy?? What happens if we are on overload

from everything around us? This happens to me quite often, I am an empath

and

I'm like a sponge around energy.
