Guest guest
Shiva is the Lord who causes transformation. He make changes happen. Before we can construct a new edifice we must excavate and clear the land. Shiva is the Lord of Excavation. He makes changes happen by clearing the old and making way for the new. Before Becoming this, Conversations with Shree Maa and Swami Satyananda p286 Come share the bliss at http://www.ShreeMaa.org <http://www.shreemaa.org/> Om, we meditate on the Eternal Measurement of Consciousness, we contemplate She who illuminates wisdom. May that Shree Maa grant us increase.

Guest guest
Would that mean personal/mental energy?? What happens if we are on overload from everything around us?
