Guest guest Posted February 28, 2007 Report Share Posted February 28, 2007 Namaste Shankari, Swamiji said that Sri Rudram is contained within Rudrastadhyayi, and is Chapters 5 and 8, only. Rudrastadhyayi is such a wonderful text. It comes directly from the Yajur Veda. If you want to check it out, it's available on the website bookstore. When Maa and Swamiji chant this text at the fire, it's very moving and inspiring to try to chant along, even if it's hard to keep up. From time to time, Maa and Swamiji chant this one online with the webcams. The Rudram (ch. 5 & 8) is a good place to start. Then later expanding to the whole text. Jai Shiva!
