Guest guest
This is excerpt from the teaching of the very ancient Swastika Dharma of the Kingdom of zhang zhung west of Kailash containend in "the flowering light tantra" And a great net was thrown out into the ocean which plunged towards the very bottom, which caught them and dragged them to the surface. And they lay on the land dying for lack of the ocean. And they saw that the one who had brought them to the shore and was beginning to cut their guts open, looked vaguely similar to a man who once lived in the mountains, whom they had once listened to. And in the moment of their gutting and in the moment of their killing, they all attained human states of consciousness and they began to realize. But for the benefit of all the other living beings which did not realize, they asked: "Why did you make us fish? Why did we end up being caught by you? Why did you cut us open and bring us in with this net?" And Tonpa Shenrab Miwo said: "From one form to another, from one action to another, often one needs to have all that is good and comfortable ripped away, so that one understands the very nature of your being. Whether a fish, a net, or a fisherman, the process is the same. Deep in the ocean of consciousness, there discursive thoughls run like great shoals of fish, and there the net that comes from out of the process of suffering entraps us and we die, being brought up to the shore of our own discontent, and then, without discernment, we do not liberate ourselves but we are eaten by our own fears. We are the fishermen, we are the net, we are the ocean, we are the discursive thoughts. All of life is an endless process of discursive thoughts, all moving back and forth. Are not the birds in the air who fly in the way of patterns the same as the fish who are in the ocean? Are they not discursive thoughls, patterns of the mind reminding you of your own inner nature? Look at the way the geese fly, or the birds in the bushes, the patterns they make as they fly together, the same way as the deep beasts within the ocean and the way that the gazelles and the mules run wild on the plain. All these patterns tell you of your discursive thoughts. " And at that all was quiet. The horse that was the dragon became a tiny insect, a small cockroach which sat on Tonpa Shenrab Miwo's finger as an omamental ring. And as the cockroach sat upon the finger, the cockroach began to glow, and shine, like a great radiant sun and all the others were going: "Ah, he has a cockroach on his finger, this animal full of filth and disgust, full of disease and suffering." And in that, the cockroach began to radiate such light that all were astonished, fearing the light would bring them suffering or disease, but the light was so great that they were astonished. And then the voice of the cockroach began to say: "In the lowliest creatures, the greatest wisdom lies. In the most repulsive view that humans have of the world, the greatest beauty lies. And in all that which seems to be abhorrent, the greatest wisdom lies. The further one runs from that which is fearful, the more your fears will be waiting for you in the great cavern of your understanding. The more you wish to understand through fear, the greater your understanding of fear will be, but it will not liberate you. I am a cockroach, I understand my nature." full text http://www.thunder- island.net/TFLT/theFloweringLightTantra.html , "NMadasamy" <nmadasamy wrote: > > , "mahahradanatha" > <mahahradanatha@> wrote: > > > > , "llundrub" <llundrub@> > > wrote: > > > > > > You're apologizing without even having said much this time, > usually > > you > > > never apologize after having written a treatise, having a good > > day > > > > I was shocked to find out that i lost my ability to read and > > understand english, i always knew that i couldn´t speak and write > > nice and correct > > > but there is more to it, you are right, i am a litttle schizo at the > moment, past identity has taken over. > > > > You are not alone !!!
