However much one absorbs the kindness of and experiences her splendour in contemplation there is no fulfilment unless one can communicate and share this experience. Vak(word of mouth) is the main means of communication. Painting, sculpture etc are others. But effective communication needs talent in the area chosen for communication.. The task ahead of Sankara is description of the Devi's divine splendour for which there are no words. He seeks poetic gift that will enable him to do his task. Devi is very kind. It is no wonder that those who pray to her are granted the poetic gift. Here she she is seen with the lustre of autumnal moon. Soft and brilliant. The moon is an ornament she wears in her crown. There is no material which is fit enough to be her crown. Gods and goddesses may need a golden crown studded with diamonds. But she doe not need such adornments. The hair knotted above her head is the most beautiful crown that is fit enough to adorn her. She protects those who pray to her. She holds a pot made of crystal glass. The spot less transparency of this pot holding nectar is is the symbol of divine knowledge. And when sanctified with this nectar the devotee becomes a gifted point. Words flowing out of him become as sweet as Honey. Sweet milk and Grape(wine). Thus gifted he becomes the foremost among poets. Yantra is a circle with Bijaksharams arranged in two rows in the circle. Sum, Sum, Sum and again Sum, Sum, Sum. Expected result of Upasana is gift of Poetic Imagination.
