Dear All,

I need help. I would really appreciate for the help. My body gives

out heat and current. It has increased so much that it is unbearable

and sometimes I feel like killing myself because I can't seem to bear

it. My 2nd chakra opens so much and heat could be felt. Is there any

meditation or exercise that can help?

Keep going this heat is burning away your karma. I believe this is called tapa. After doing SCK I felt burning sensations on parts of my skin. If too much back off on your time but don´t stop the process. Trust your instincts. -Chris

I recommend you to equilibrate your chakras;

for that do chakra breathing,

consecutive chakra breathing from root chakra to crown chakra,

2' to 3' per chakra,

breathe through mouth, a cadenced &, rapid breathing,

[your mind should be on the chakra where your breath is],

try to figure the chakra as a rotating [clock wise] energy ball.

If I were you, I would see an acupuncturist. They

would probably be able to give you a treatment and

herbs that would generate yin and balance the heat.

Good luck to you!
