Guest guest
Is there a KY meditation to help feelings of envy, or of not feeling able to share in ones friends' successes? Even of feeling, God forbid, slightly happy when friends do not succeed? I am looking to recommend one for a 40-day concentration for a disciplined student who battles depression and has these challenges. Thank you! When we know ourself there is no need for envy because there is no need to be someone else. All of Kundalini Yoga works in that direction. You may want to teach this student about the neutral mind. A simple breath work to access the neutral mind is to inhale through the left nostril and exhale through the right. The breaths need to be deep and balanced. 3-5 minutes.
