Guest guest
I welcome you among us. Bravo for your move, you are on the right track. For your readings, I recommend "Yoga for health & healing" by Yogi Bhajan. Read it, understand it, put it in practice. I recommend, also, that you meditate on "Song of the sacred gong". [a good audio system with a lot of Bass is required]. you can find the book & the CD on "yogatech.com". Guest guest
Sat Nam, Welcome, You can go to yogatech.com where they sell lots of KY books, music and DVD's. Gururattan also has an online KY beginners course. I believe that it is one of the links on the site. Which dvd you choose is a matter of preference as the teachers are different in their approach. Nirvair Singh has a series of dvds for beginners. Yogis choice. Have fun!
