I am also new in kundalini yoga, and I would like to know

if somebody can recommend, which book and/or DVD set would be the best

way to start.

Thank you

I welcome you among us.

Bravo for your move, you are on the right track.

For your readings,

I recommend "Yoga for health & healing" by Yogi Bhajan.

Read it, understand it, put it in practice.

I recommend, also, that you meditate on "Song of the sacred gong".

[a good audio system with a lot of Bass is required].

you can find the book & the CD on "yogatech.com".

Sat Nam,

Welcome,

You can go to yogatech.com where they sell lots of KY books, music and

DVD's. Gururattan also has an online KY beginners course. I believe

that it is one of the links on the site. Which dvd you choose is a

matter of preference as the teachers are different in their approach.

Nirvair Singh has a series of dvds for beginners. Yogis choice.

Have fun!
