Guest guest
Sat Ham! I am happy to have Kundalini Yoga in my life. It helps us a lot. My question is to everybody who knows something about stuttering. I am 27 and I have been stuttered since I was small. Does anybody know what kundalini technique I should use to feel more relaxed when I talk? Thank you for all your help Let all of us love and do Kundalini every day...its amazing Nat
Guest guest
Dear Nat: I suggest you buy the Breathwalk book by Yogi Bhajn and Gurucharan Singh Khalsa and follow some of the breathwalks. Walking and breathing in systematic ways will help you. Awtar

Guest guest
Natalie, I suffered (correct word for the experience ;}) with stuttering for 13 years while growing up. It is true learning a different way of breathing did correct the problem but not unitl I had gotten over my awful self consciousness. The trigger for my stuttering was being called on in class and my awful intrepidation that I would stutter, and ofcourse, it became a self fulfilling prophecy. Until I relaxed and realized the rest of the world has it's own problems and are not interested so much in yours...I then did not stutter anymore. It's funny but I am back in college and during a stand up presentation that I had not prepared so well- I found myself gasping for air. Not in a noticeable way but I noticed it and I thought OH, here is my old friend warning me I am not preapred..;} My point is self consciousness is often the trigger, so remember to be kind to others and compassionate with others so one may offer the self the same comfort.
