I need recommendation for good books on Ayurvedic massage.I am looking

for books which explains the massage in detail with easy to understand

pictures.

Could u also suggest good dvds on Ayurvedic massage which explains the

massage in detail?

I am curious if anyone here has suggestions for someone suffering from Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis. In layman's terms, it is a kind of scarring of the nervous system, starting in the spine. This disease is also similiar to multiple sclerosis.

 

Any helpful advice would be greatly appreciated.
