Guest guest
Hello BetaChant.mp3 is a music file designed by one of my fellow colleague who practices music therapy as I do. This track is circulated free of cost. Those who like to listen Vedic Chants will find this track specially interesting - it will help to improve focus and even IQ. This tracks entrains your brain to beta state (20-15 Hz) which makes you focused and alert. You may listen to this track initially for 6 mins and then increase the listening time slowly to full. When we water plants they don't grow and bear fruits overnight. Similarly, please note that the improvement in focus doesn't happen overnight – it happens by increasing attention span gradually. You may check your progress once a week but not everyday! Adjust frequency of listening when you start experiencing results. BUT DONT OVERDO IT for it may cause you headaches. This track is particularly useful for those find difficulty in concentration – students appearing for board exam etc. General but STRICT suggestions o Use of good headphones that cover your ears from environmental sounds is must o Your eyes must be closed and you should be lying in a comfortable position o Drink lots of water before you hear this track o Dont listen to this before sleeping or driving o Discontinue using this track if you experience any physical or emotional discomfort o Do not use this track if you have history of epilepsy or taking any psychoactive medications Please share your experiences in my guest book (www.yuyutsu.biz) for the benefit of others. Betachant.mp3 is a very small file 7Mb.
