You need to undergo Panchkarma procedures like Vaman , Virechan and Lekhan Basti courses along with Swedan procedure.

Systematic and repeated treatments of Panchkarma will certainly help along with specific Ayurvedic diet to suit your Prakruti ( constitution ).Also you will need some exercises.

We have treated several cases with PCOD with the help of panchkarma and have good results. A team of ayurveda gynecologist and panchkarma doctor will be good to deal with this problem. reduce amount of oil in ur diet n increase protein in this way slowly n slowly u'll loose weight, go for a walk in the morning sprcially in the case of PCOD.
