Of course good vegetarian diet with plenty of seasonal fruits and seasonal vegetables raw or semi cooked without the five well-known white poisons alongwith kappal bhaati pranayam surely helps reduce weight and improve general health which is also very important pre-requisite for producing healthy children; Amen; May God bless you, S.
