If not I would like to find out more about Mantra Upasana. These are my questions. 1. Does this need to be taken from a Guru ? 2. Can an individual pick his mantra and start the upasana 3. After getting Upasana from Guru you have no restrictions in outside but your should be restrict yourself in inside. And there is more which I am not permitted to disclose. Further, please refer "KAHI BIDHI KARU UPASANA" chapter from "PHIR DOOR KAHIN PAYAL KHANKI" written by Poojya Gurudev.
