Regarding the word "and", if you pronounce it like "aand", then what you have written is correct. But I was thinking why not translate "and" into Hindi and then write. There are more than one way in which "and" can be translated into Hindi. One of them is pronounced as "evam". So, write "evam" in Devanagari script and put that between "Laura", "Paul".
