After you've eaten do a little bit of reading, maybe 1 - 2 hours then sleep. Try and rise early as possible. Chant some rounds and then go to work remembering that the result of work is for God. Being a student, my schedule is a lot more relaxed and I don't have as much pressure as you would. But I still manage to waste a lot of time in unecessary engagements.
