Fat globule

Sir,

From last few months i noticed two nodes on my husband body.

one on back side near kidney (we thought its because lithostripsy for his kidney stone) when it was develop six month ago we consult doc he sai this is fat accumulate in body.... but last month again i noticed one same fat globule dia 0.5 inch on this right arm.

can any auyrvedic doc sujjecst what is this and remedy?

godanti bhasama

mix all those char and bhsama and take 1-1 dose or puria twice a day with coconut water or normal drinking water..

trinmool quat

gokhar quat

break all those pure herbs and 20gm of herbs mix in 200ml of water in low heat and when 20ml left filter that quat and drink twice a day after lunch and dinner..
