Mangal dosh.

As per rules Mangal dosh is not effective when Mangal is in his own house. Please see the chart of my mother whose DOB is 6,July 1945,7.15PM, Bhadrakh and my father whose DOB is 14,September, 1936, 7.40AM,Puri. My father died in September,1993. Was my mom's mangal dosh responsible for this? My mother was already told before her marriage by some astrologer that she will lose her husband during during later part of her life. So mars on what signs define mangal dosh at the 1,4,7,8,12 ocations?
